Channel Sales Manager

  • Plan sales strategy and drive the channel sales to achieve profit and other financial targets as assigned by the company
  • Drive sales revenue through effective management of the total supply chain- distributors/wholesalers/end users
  • Manage Area Sale Managers (ASM), Trade Marketing Managers, including sale structure, training, expenditure, budget planning, impress account, performance coaching, monitoring
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales process
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key end users to enhance collaboration and drive sales
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet financial objectives

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years progressive sales and management experience in food industry
  • Hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, distributor networks, office management
  • Strong leadership and management skills as well as a team player.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English communication
